STEP - 2
Site Property Visit
​
The Land development is visited with the assigned Property Consultant, looking on the property and its amenities, its road networks, routes, landmarks and even nearby commercial areas near the development community. The Buyer gets to see all the model units and gets to have the feels of the place.

STEP - 3
Reservation Application
​
The client gets to decide the desired property and fills up the necessary forms and the purchase is formalized at the Office. The client have to wait until the reserve application has been processed.

STEP - 4
Submission of Requirement
​
After all documents has been filled up, there would be a final briefing for the needed requirements. After you have received all filled in forms. Client will be given 30 days to submit the necessary requirements to complete the purchase.

STEP - 5
Turn-over / Move-in to new house
​
The property is delivered on a date specified in the Reservations Agreement. The homeowner and the developer can conduct a joint inspection to confirm final punch listing and assuring the buyer the unit is in its best quality. It is basically to confirm if all commitment is delivered accordingly.
